The rehabilitation of the Positano Apartments in the beautiful county of Santa Barbara is coming to an end.  Working hand in hand with SK Construction has been a positive and productive experience.  We are all so proud of the outcome already! 

After a year of hard work, dedication, sweat, some tears, we have finished this amazing project! Providing a new updated living building for senior living and family. Located in Santa Ynez California, the "ranch like" adorable town has now a beautiful building to add to the community! We are so pleased with the outcome, scheduling, and budget that was accomplished!
